Overall we had a lovely stay which was slightly let down by the reception team. We had a little quiz to do for the kids to open a safe (took us ages to solve!) My daughter and hubby got to hold Charlie the meerkat and play with the other 2. . We had dinner in the temple bar and the buffet catered for us all. I booked for 1 night with my family, 2 single beds with bunk beds. We visited this weekend on a zootastic weekend with our Merlin passes for my little girls birthday. Even before we arrived we had a phone call to say the reserved parking space as part of the package we had paid for would not be available as they were reassigning it to another room.
